Hudson Yacht Group Announces New HH Catamarans President
Hudson Yacht Group announces Seth Hynes as President of HH Catamarans:
The US-China based Hudson Yacht Group has named Seth Hynes as president of HH Catamarans, with immediate effect.
Hynes will manage all aspects of HH Catamarans operations and will assume responsibility for meeting the strategic goals set by the Hudson Yacht Group leadership team.
Hynes originally joined HYG as a marketing consultant, bringing more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience to the role. Over his career, Hynes has worked for two of the world’s largest advertising agencies and the world’s largest wine producer, where he showed a proven track record in the marketing and selling of luxury goods to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. More recently, Hynes has become well known throughout the sailing world through coverage of his voyage with his family on their performance cruising catamaran. As his family sabbatical comes to a close, we are excited to welcome him to the HYG leadership team where he will help guide future product development, financial management, marketing and global sales. Hynes has an MBA from the University of Oxford and will be based in the United States.
The Hudson Yacht Group is the parent company of HH Catamarans. Derived from a passion for yachting, they have partnered with the industry’s best designers and marine industry professionals in an effort to give their clients the ultimate ownership experience. They offer semi-custom and production yachts unlike anything on the market thanks to an unmatched combination of strengths: award winning design, a master boat-building team, the credibility and longevity of a manufacturing powerhouse, and an intricate network of the world’s best sales and service professionals.
HH Catamarans was formed in 2012 and set out to create something extraordinary. In the years since, “HH” has come to represent the world’s finest performance, luxury, carbon cruising catamarans; a niche they’ve helped propel to new levels within the multihull market. Today their product range spans from 50 to 88 feet, with an all new 44 foot model slated to launch in late 2022. Over the past nine years, the company has received Boat of the Year awards from Cruising World and Sailing World for their HH50, HH55 and HH66 models, and Best Boat award from SAIL Magazine for the HH66.
